Avoid Chemicals: Remove your jewelry before swimming, bathing, or using cleaning products. Chemicals like chlorine and bleach can dull the finish of your engraved pieces.

Apply Beauty Products First: Apply perfumes, lotions, and hairsprays before putting on your jewelry. This prevents buildup that can hide the shine of your custom engravings.

Gentle Cleaning: To clean, simply use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently polish the surface. Avoid using abrasive jewelry cleaners or harsh chemicals.

Safe Storage: When not in use, store your jewelry in a cool, dry place. We highly recommend using your Ramleta jewelry box to prevent scratches and tangling.

Special Note on Engravings: Over time, natural oils can settle into fine engravings. A gentle wipe after each wear will keep the details of your "Lea" bracelet or custom charms crisp and clear.

1. How do I personalize my order? Simply upload your photo or enter the name/text you want engraved on the product page before clicking "Add to Cart." Our designers will take care of the rest!
2. Can I see a preview before my item is made?
To ensure fast delivery, we don't send proofs by default. However, our design team reviews every image. If your photo isn't suitable for high-quality engraving, we will contact you via email to request a new one.
3. How long will it take to get my order?
Since each piece is handcrafted, please allow 3-5 business days for production. After that, shipping usually takes 5-10 business days for the US and 10-20 business days for international orders.
4. Is the jewelry waterproof?
Yes! Our pieces are made of high-quality stainless steel with 18k Gold/Silver plating. They are designed to be "Tarnish-Free" and waterproof. However, to keep them shining like new, we recommend avoiding contact with harsh chemicals or perfumes.
5. Can I change my order after it's placed?
You have a 12-hour window to request changes or cancellations. After that, your piece has already entered the production phase and cannot be modified.
6. What if I’m not happy with my order?
Because our items are personalized, we cannot accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part, we will send you a replacement immediately at no cost.
