Shipping policy

1. Production Time (Handcrafting) Every piece at Ramleta is custom-made specifically for you.

• Processing & Production: Please allow 2–5 business days for us to design, engrave, and polish your unique jewelry box or bracelet before it is shipped.

• During peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas), production may take up to 7 business days.

2. Shipping Times Once your order has been handcrafted and passed our quality check, it will be handed over to our carriers. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• United States: 5–10 business days.

• International: 10–20 business days (depending on the destination country).

• Note: These are estimates and do not include the initial production time.

3. Tracking Your Order As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a Tracking Number. You can follow your package's journey directly through our website or the carrier’s portal.

🛃 Customs & Duties

Please note that international orders may occasionally be subject to local customs duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.

4. Customs & Import Taxes For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Ramleta is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

5. Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct. We cannot change the delivery address once the item has entered the production phase.
