1. Personalized & Custom Items Due to the unique nature of our products (custom engravings, personal photos, and custom illustrations), we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been produced. Each piece is handcrafted specifically for you and cannot be resold.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, with an incorrect engraving, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right!

You must notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

If the error is ours, we will send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund.
3. Cancellation Window Because we begin the design and engraving process quickly, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing your order.
4. Shipping & Address Accuracy Ramleta is not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we cannot issue refunds for claims of non-receipt.
