OVERVIEW This website is operated by Ramleta. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Ramleta. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - CUSTOMIZATION AND PERSONALIZATION Ramleta specializes in personalized jewelry. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the names, text, or photos provided for engraving.

• The final product may have slight variations in alignment or appearance compared to digital mockups due to the handcrafted nature of our process.

SECTION 2 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (PHOTOS) By uploading a photo for a custom order, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to the image or have permission to use it. Ramleta reserves the right to refuse any order containing imagery that is deemed offensive or violates copyright laws.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 4 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS (PRINTIFY) You acknowledge that some of our products are fulfilled by third-party providers (such as Printify). While we ensure high-quality standards, the production and shipping logistics are handled through these partners.

SECTION 5 - PROHIBITED USES In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights.

SECTION 6 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Ramleta is registered.
